Visitation for Matthew Lininger age 29 of West Point, NE will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Minnick Funeral Home in West Point, NE. No services are planned.

Matt passed away on Monday, February 15, 2016 at his home.

Matthew Thomas Lininger was born on December 4, 1986 at West Point, NE to George and Leila (Schultz) Lininger. He attended West Point Elementary and West Point High School. Matt had worked at the Sunnyside Up Café in West Point, NE.

Matt loved being a father to his daughter and son. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors with the nieces and nephews, especially fishing. He enjoyed drawing, skateboarding and listening to music.

He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

Matt was preceded in death by his sister Dana Lininger.
