Dave passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at CHI Bergan-Mercy in Omaha, NE.
David Raymond Prinz was born on June 3, 1955 to Leonard and Mildred (Uhing) Prinz in West Point, NE. He attended Guardian Angels School and graduated from West Point Central Catholic High School in 1973. Dave attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 1976.
On June 5, 1976, he was united in marriage to Joyce Bliemeister at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in West Point. Dave has worked for Prinz Grain and Feed in West Point since returning home from college. He was a member of several grain organizations and served on many boards.
He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Dave loved spending time with his grandchildren. His interests involved fishing, walking, collecting stamps and coins, was an avid bird enthusiast, and made various gifts for his family out of cigar boxes and wine corks. Dave always encouraged his sons to follow their passions and dreams. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and a very humble soul.

Dave was preceded in death by his parents-Leonard and Mildred Prinz, sister-Susan McGill, and father-in-law-William Bliemeister.
