Memorial services for Brieson Jensen age 25 of Wisner, NE will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Cooper Family Community Center in Pilger, NE with Chaplain Zach Brueningsen officiating. Private family interment will be in the Danish Lutheran Cemetery in Gayville, SD..Visitation will be on Wednesday one hour prior to the service and the family will continue to celebrate Brieson's life until 9:00 p.m.at the Cooper Family Community Center. Minnick Funeral Home in Wisner is assisting the family with the arrangements. The family suggests that memorials be directed to the Wisner Volunteer Fire Department.

Brieson passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2019 near Bend, OR.

Brieson Niels Jensen was born on December 1, 1993 at West Point, NE to Randy and Staci (Donovan) Jensen. He attended Wisner-Pilger Public School and was involved in football, wrestling, FFA, One-Act, and Academic Team. Brieson graduated with the Class of 2012 from Wisner-Pilger High School.

After his junior year, he joined the Nebraska Army National Guard and was currently with the 734th Brigade Support Battalion HHC Unit. Brieson was also a member of the Wisner Volunteer Fire Department and had served on the Cuming Co. Mutual Aid Board. In his spare time, he enjoyed boating with the family, riding his motorcycle, riding with the Freedom Riders, and tinkering with anything mechanical. He was always willing to lend a helping hand. Brieson enjoyed spending time with his faithful companion Jackson.

Chad Donovan of Vermillion, SD
He is also survived by numerous Great Aunts and Uncles and Cousins.

Brieson was preceded in death by his grandparents-Arnold and Edna Jensen and his grandfather-Jim Donovan.
