Obituary for Gloria Moeller
Funeral services for Gloria Moeller age 85 of Wisner, NE will be on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Paul Lutheran CHurch in Wisner, NE with Pastor Jared Hartman officiating. Interment will be in the Wisner Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Minnick Funeral Home in Wisner and will continue on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.
Gloria passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the Wisner Care Center.
Gloria Faye (Behlers) Moeller was born on January 17, 1934 at West Point, NE to Adrian and Olinda (Heuerman) Behlers. She was baptized on March 11, 1934 and later confirmed in May of 1947 at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Pender, NE. Gloria attended rural school and Pender High School.
On August 19, 1956, she was united in marriage to Darrell H. Moeller at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Pender, NE. The couple lived in South Dakota and later returned to Wisner, NE.
Gloria worked as a waitress at the Villa Inn in Norfolk, Tony’s Steakhouse near Stanton, and the Jewel Café in Wisner. She was also the Wisner news correspondent for the West Point News, had worked at the Wisner Senior Center, and also in the Library at Wisner-Pilger High School.
She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Wisner, a life member of Wisner V.F.W. Auxiliary Post #5767, and attended the Wisner Senior Center. Gloria enjoyed playing cards, assembling puzzles, gardening and collecting dolls.

Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, husband-Darrell on April 15, 2014, son-Richard Behlers, and brothers-Rodney Behlers and Allen Behlers.
