Mass of Christian Burial for Donald H. Pribnow age 87 of West Point, NE will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in West Point, NE, with Fr. Steve Emanuel as celebrant. Interment with Military Honors will be at St. Michael's Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Minnick Funeral Home in West Point, with a Public Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m.

Don passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at St. Francis Memorial Hospital in West Point, NE.

Donald Henry Pribnow was born on June 22, 1930 at Scribner, NE to Henry and Mary (Harstick) Pribnow. He attended Cuming Co. Rural School District #38 and graduated from Guardian Angels High School in 1947. Don served in the United States Army from 1952 until he was honorably discharged in 1955.

He farmed in the Stanton, NE area until retiring in 1991, when he moved to West Point, NE.

Don enjoyed fishing and photography.

Nieces- Joanne Recker, Marilyn Oligmueller and Diane Oligmueller

Don was preceded in death by his parents, brother-Arthur Pribnow in 1928 and a sister-Evangeline Oligmueller in 1998.
