Private Graveside Services for Carrie Vacha age 60 of Dodge, NE will be on Monday, April 11, 2016 at the Mount Hope Cemetery in West Point, NE. Closed casket visitation will be on Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with the family present at the Minnick Funeral Home in West Point, NE. Memorials may be directed to the family for future designation in Carrie's name.

Carrie passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at the Birchwood Manor of North Bend, NE.

Carrie was preceded in death by her parents-William and Arlene (Brown) Leska, and a grandson-Aidan Adams.
