Memorial services for Theresa Nesladek age 76 of West Point, NE will be held on Monday, March 30, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in West Point, NE. Interment will be in the St. Michael's Cemetery in West Point, NE. Visitation will be on Sunday from noon to 5:00 p.m. at the Minnick Funeral Home in West Point with a Catholic Daughters and Christian Mothers' Rosary at 1:30 p.m. Visitation will continue at St. Mary's Catholic Church from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m. Minnick Funeral Home in West Point, NE is in charge of the arrangements. The family suggests memorials be directed to the GACC Endowment, St. Mary's Catholic Church, or to donor's choice.

Theresa Marie Nesladek, 76, of West Point passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2015, at Nebraska Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska.

Theresa was born October 21, 1938 to Charles and Katherine (Drueke) Reeson on the family farm west of West Point. She graduated from Guardian Angels in 1956. She worked for John Koudele at the County Clerk's Office until she was married.

On June 23, 1962, William Nesladek and Theresa Marie Reeson were united in marriage at St. Mary's Catholic Church in West Point, NE, by Msgr. Herman Kaup.

From then on, she was a farm wife raising chickens, ducks and turkeys

Theresa was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in West Point. She was a member St. Mary's Church Guild, Catholic Daughters, Christian Mothers and a Catholic Daughters Regent. Also, she was involved with Fun With Numbers and Meals On Wheels. Theresa was One of the Two first Women Eucharistic Ministers at St. Mary's and enjoyed taking communion to the shut in's and hospital patients. She enjoyed volunteering at various functions. Theresa also loved decorating cakes for family and friends, traveling with Bill and managed to make it to 44 states and numerous other exciting countries.

Survivors include: sons Daniel (Paula) Nesladek, Kenneth (Jill) Nesladek and David (Jelanie) Nesladek all of West Point, daughter Karen Nesladek of Lexington, KY, grandchildren Dustin and Heather Nesladek and Brianna Nesladek.

Theresa is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Katherine Reeson, husband William (2009), brother Harvey (1955), and grandson, Jeremy Nesladek (1992).
