Services for Wayne Breckbill age 70 of Palmer, NE will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Minnick Funeral Home in West Point, NE. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Wayne passed away on Friday, May 26, 2017 at Lifequest in Palmer, NE.

Wayne Lee Breckbill was born on July 15, 1946 in Elgin, IL to Victor and Betty (Eardley) Breckbill. He grew up in Carter Lake, IA. Wayne enlisted in the U.S. Navy on December 2, 1963. While in the Navy he received his G.E.D., and served during the Vietnam Conflict. He was honorably discharged on June 28, 1967.
Wayne worked as a roofing contractor in California for a number of years, and after moving to Nebraska, he worked for the United States Postal Service.

Son-Victor (Dana) Breckbill II of San Jose, CA
Daughter- Rochelle Breckbill of Rapid City, SD
2 Grandchildren
Sisters- Mary Jo (Tim) Prichett of Beemer, NE
Vicky Kennedy of Omaha, NE

He was preceded in death by his parents-Victor and Betty Breckbill, a daughter in infancy, and a sister in infancy.
