Condolence: Dear Tante Christa and Otten Family, I remember visiting Nebraska as a child and then again as an adult with my own children. We always had a wonderful time on the farm.

I also remember one of Franklin's wise farmer sayings; "Wind out of the west: three days good weather."

I'm sorry to hear of his passing and just want you to know we are thinking of you.

Love Erik, Robin, Ben and Sarah

Condolence: Sorry to hear of your loss and wishing you God's peace as you remember your father and husband. God is good and made a bless ing for us all when he made Franklin Otten. I remember visiting NE as a child and the fun of learning that I had relatives (lots) that had such a cool job (farming!). (I grew up mostly without nearby relatives. Most of my cousins were in Germany, so you were my cousins, aunts, and uncles.) I'm glad for all the farmers who are also great family men. God be with you all as you spend time together and celebrate his life.

Condolence: Dear the Otten Family,
I am privileged to have met Mr. Otten when I came to visit your farm as Kristine's and Emily's college friend. He was a man of dignity, deep faith, purposes, hard work... very quiet but very caring and loving in his own ways. Thinking about you all and praying for you as you celebrate his life and go through a transition in life.
Love Always,
Akie (Taniuchi), Scott, and Andrew Teters
